Bill Mobley

Project Manager

Bill is originally from North Carolina, where his passion for construction began in high school, working for a custom home builder after school and during the summers. In 2002, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving multiple deployments as a squad leader. During his service, Bill developed strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a keen attention to detail. His last duty station was Parris Island, SC, where he served as a marksmanship trainer before being medically retired after 10 years.

While in the Marines, Bill earned a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University through the G.I. Bill. After his service, he and his family moved to Dawsonville, GA, where he spent 15 years building homes and apartment buildings with a large company. Wanting to return to custom home building, Bill joined Lehigh Homes, where he now serves as a project manager. He effectively applies his military leadership experience to manage teams, streamline project workflows, and ensure that each custom home is built to the highest standards, satisfying clients at every step.

Bill has been married for 18 years and has five children, ages 17, 13, 8, 6, and 6. In his free time, he enjoys coaching football and basketball, spending time with his family, and watching college sports on weekends. With land on their property, Bill and his family love being outdoors together.
