Brendan Walsh

President

Brendan’s passion for home construction started at a young age. His father, a homebuilder, taught him to swing a hammer as soon as he could walk. Brendan went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction with a focus on Real Estate and Land Development at Virginia Tech. After graduating, he began his career as a project manager with Ryan Homes, where he gained valuable insights into the industry and business practices. After several years, Brendan ventured out on his own to establish Lehigh Homes & Development, driven by the goal of providing exceptional service to custom home clients. His passion for the homebuilding process fuels his unwavering commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail, a mindset he has instilled in every member of the Lehigh team.

Brendan and his wife, Kendyl, have four children—Townsend, Sullivan, Ella Hayes, and Matilda (who are already swinging hammers). The family has two chocolate labs, Buddy and Blitz, who are the unofficial Lehigh mascots.  The Walsh children are active in various athletic programs in the area and Brendan has coached numerous teams over the years for the Roswell Youth Sports Program. In his spare time, Brendan enjoys spending time with his family and vacationing at the Isle of Palms. Brendan is a past recipient of the Young Professional of the Year Award by the Roswell Convention and Visitors Bureau and previously served as Chairman of the Design Review Board for the City of Roswell.
