  • We guide you through a clear and thoughtful pre-construction process that begins with a Pre-Construction Agreement. Because we limit the number of homes we build each year to maintain quality and attention to detail, this agreement secures your place in our build schedule. Most importantly, it provides you accurate pricing and timelines upfront so you can feel confident in your investment.

  • Next, we collaborate with top architects and designers to design a home uniquely tailored to your needs and truly one of a kind. We take into account your lifestyle, design preferences, and budget.   • Before breaking ground, our team handles all permits and site preparations.     There are three ways site procurement typically works:

    1. You bring a lot you already own, and we evaluate its potential.

  • You’ll work directly with Brendan and Tori during the early phases to shape your vision, make key design decisions, and review pricing with our estimating team. Once construction begins, you’ll have a dedicated Project Manager overseeing your build from start to finish, along with an in-house Selections Coordinator who helps simplify design decisions throughout the process.
